After working out some strategies I finally did a full run on Toki, but going for NG+ since you keep scoring. After doing 3 full "New Game +" I intentionally killed Toki at the start of the 4th run without scoring to register my score.
Theoretically you can run this game indefinitely until your hardware, body or mind gives up, so I thought this might be a fair point, 3 playthroughs without milking f.e. the stage 2 poseidon fish or other milkable spots with 1up-cycling.
