Yeah, the ending to this run was pretty awful. It's clear that I didn't expect the onslaught. I may try the other versions at some point.

Marco, you should try the Atari 5200 and 8-bit ports of Gyruss, and post the score here.

I really didn't expect such an onslaught at Stage 24. They were three steps ahead of me.

This was recorded on October 22, 2022 using Twitch Studio (Beta). I muted the microphone. I played on OpenEmu which uses the CrabEmu core. I'm unaware of any settings which is why the title screen is shown for a bit. The PB run begins at 8:09 with the final score of 181600 shown at 21:26.
I lost two lives because of the doorbell LOL, but the rest were on me, especially after I reached Earth. This version really picks up the pace.
