Very easy. The .en and .env files that are not in the folders named level0 - level33 can actually be deleted. (The game doesn't use them.) And, although they are rare, the .en files inside of the level0 - level33 folders can be deleted also. (The game doesn't use those either. Only the .env files.) (And the tc.env file in each folder is not a special file. The game treats it like any other .env file. I believe .env is short for "environment".) With all of that said, here is a track enumeration that I include with my Track Switch Patch: https://imgur.com/bxLzcG4 So you will have to experiment, but you can remove all .env files in a certain folder (a certain track). Then put back in one to see what weather it is. Once you know, you can actually rename the .env file to whatever you want to describe the weather it gives. (The game will look for the .env file, but it doesn't matter what they are actually named.)

Haha. Well, all jokes aside, you can easily modify the weather to be whatever you want it to be. (The 'Objects' folder is actually the "weather" folder.)
