Specific Rules: Play the game in 1 player mode with default settings
Only Non Upgraded cars allowed
In case of a dispute on a very good time, player are advised they should capture within the video of their run the content of the cfg file for the car they used, so anybody can see these have not been modified.

No replay records allowed. Player have to be driving/playing the game while recording as replay might have an issue with upper rule.

Smooth race but replays no longer suffice. New rules in place to assure players are on the same page. Encouraging a re-run whenever convenient. Thx

My fellow voters reading this, have you ever attempted speedrunning this track? And if so, would you believe this time is possible with non-upgraded cars? It is possible. (I got a time that is 0.10 seconds slower . . . took me 16 hours of recent practice to do that, even after a previous 16 hours of recent practice to get 3 older records. And I speedrunned this track seriously with upgraded cars about 2 years ago on top of that.)

But hold on just a minute before voting YES if you think, because the time is possible, it automatically merits a YES vote! Because would you believe it's possible to achieve this time in < 40 attempts of recent practice, having not raced this track for at least 2 years and when you have NEVER done a speedrun for this track in Test Drive 6 before?

If you're not sure (and if you are good at this track), try 40 attempts and see if you can even get a time of 1:47.00 or less with any (default) Class 4 car (not the BMW or McLaren). And while you are trying, make a diary of all of the things that go wrong. When you finally match this time of 1:43.20 with X number of attempts, then imagine that all of those things go right in just 10-15 tries . . . if your previous time was a 1:44:43. That's the kind of "skill" level he's claiming to have gotten this record. (You won't understand the magnitude of that statement until you get your hands dirty!) And by his comment below, he WASN'T LUCKY AT ALL to get this time. He could have done better with a little luck!

And "attempts" means to count ALL failures, major or minor, including the ones where you cannot escape from the other racers. Also count all of the times when your car spins out of control on the sharp turns, grass, or the bridge and hits a wall, goes off the road, rolls on the grass for too long, and when you HIT THAT ANNOYING ROCK, etc. That's what he's claiming. Approximately 40 attempts from starting with a 1:46.xy on his first few attempts (just think about that alone), to this time on his last attempt.

See this video if you don't believe me (where I quote him directly and I explain how to cheat in this game and that he knew how to cheat well-before I posted this investigative video): https://youtu.be/zhzKFyjYKBg

So I vote NO, for obvious reasons . . . getting ridiculously good times in very few tries with very little (recent) speedrunning experience to back it up. His "skill level" is "too good", even for randomness (including the other racers' mischief) to affect him at just about any time! His skill is SO GOOD, that the races are pretty much fixed as though he was racing with a (at least partially) upgraded car (via car parameters).

And when he attempted to prove that he doesn't cheat (as a response to the above video to SHAME ME for quoting him directly too much), https://youtu.be/9p56MzOASyo, I later showed how it was no proof at all: https://youtu.be/7ZNfQpKals0 . When I requested that he prove (THE PROPER WAY) that he doesn't cheat (gave him the benefit of doubt), he conveniently refused.

And he has been conveniently submitting replays for runs (for as long as he could, anyway) rather than shooting LIVE gameplay like the rest of us do, even when we asked him over and over to do so (to make things fair for all competitors). We even gave him suggestions on how, because he claimed that the reason is he's had trouble with screen recorders in the past (he says this in year 2023).

But he never cared about being fair to us. He could mask the "secrets" in his runs and indulge in the secrets of our runs (freely) . . . not that he needs to indulge in ours. He's got "skill" on his side . . . but at least he stopped all of us from seeing things "more clearly". Tried very hard for us to get into the habit of trusting him, just because the time itself is in the possible range.

I tell you that the odds he claims is NOT REALISTIC. It is our job as a community to vote for fair play, not just realistic/possible times. I want to believe that there is a superman out there who has skill beyond our imagination, but as I quoted him saying in my "investigative video", he pretty much declared a run of his "a fluke", only for me to beat it by 0.8 seconds (with hard well-earned work). Then ALL OF A SUDDEN, he gets a time that is 1.5 seconds better than my time in no more than 30 tries, acting as though he was NOT lucky. It seems like his "skill level" increases conveniently whenever it needs to . . . there is no limit for him. And NO MATTER WHAT, he ALWAYS finishes a time in fewer tries than it takes most people just to "warm up", but he is hardly EVER lucky! Not only just hearing that sounds ridiculous, it goes against all mathematics of optimization.

Vote YES if you want to, but I'll pass . . .

I guess a rerun is required here then.

I had a dream run with a 35:76 first lap, 33:10 second lap (both PB) but couldn't quite hold it in the last lap and only managed a 34:33 which was still enough for a WR i guess.
