I have always struggled to get useful configuration for WinUAE. Really thought that putting can't be as slow as it is on this configuration.

Dude! You're configuration is too slow. Looks like you're using A1200, but you really need to crank it up to A4000. Then the putting and fly-bys are with proper speed.
