checked original hardware evidence : OK because we can feel it's in an arcade game room. We also can see the cabinet and game title.
checked final score : OK
No dip switches showed but maybe because no special "category" (default) and it's in a gaming room.
Voted yes.

Identification paper shown at the end of the video. I'm not an expert of this one. According to the manual of the game (yes, there's one), there are five difficulty levels, from very easy to very hard. You can find this on page 64 http://primetimeamusements.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/transformers-theatre-manual-123.pdf Watching your run I can't understand at which difficulty level you played it (or maybe it was shown somewhere and I didn't see it). Anyway, I understand it's not easy when one is playing at the arcades or in similar places (in case of "important" record, usually people ask the owner of the place where they are playing to help them showing DIP switches and all). Besides, HS (hence Lvlup too) has a history of community "yes oriented". Many scores were/are approved this way, so I don't want to be too finicky (but also not too much on the "blind voting side"... I'm just raising a question). Voting yes. :D
