Game is first loaded @ 0:58:10 - I'll show my setup a little during the load, which the Ultimate II decided to emulate in this case (probably some multi load going on on this downloaded disk. didn't check)
Then I hit the button and realize I hit the button on the joystick in the wrong port, automatically starting a 2p game.
So I do what I always do and that is RESET!.. had to load it all again. Happens around 1:00:10
Funny thing is I own the cartridge and even a magic voice to get the best setup going, but yeah that was not in the cards for tonight. I wanted to chill, drink my wine and beers and play as much games as possible on this one setup 😂
This is a pretty cool score though. From the whole set of scores I did over this long video, this one takes the cake.. And not surprisingly.. I play this game on and off every week with my brothers on "Band / Music nights"
So I beat the Pit.. technically beating the game. No surprise there for me lately though.. Muscle memory and patterns are in the subconscious. It's when I start to consciously overthink stuff that I start making stupid mistakes and die lol
