no problem with that, i just like to know what the specificities i can watch for make the difference on a video.
So for people who don't know the game, NTSC get better times and as you said "I also struggle with the flying start mechanic, because the timing is different and my PAL training from back in the day, can't nail it now, because it doesn't feel right hitting the gas earlier than I'm used to. I have no doubt this is NTSC."

About NTSC, we put it in the rules after research on google for verification ofc. I can also put my own testament to it that knowing the PAL version in and out, as that is what I grew up with; the music sounds faster on Switch, I get way better times on Mushroom Cup 50cc and Mario Circuit 1 time trial is way easier to beat my PAL best from back in the day, than it is on PAL machine itself. I also struggle with the flying start mechanic, because the timing is different and my PAL training from back in the day, can't nail it now, because it doesn't feel right hitting the gas earlier than I'm used to. I have no doubt this is NTSC.

just question about NTSC : How to know the Switch version is the NTSC version ? Because the NTSC is the fastest so, it's ok about competition.
