Played on Kega Fusion. Computer shown at the end.
i have multiple roms. i always stick to ntsc. but this time i tried pal. i made sure to lower from 60 to 50 to match the rom. Unlike 16 bit games, these 32 bit Sega games were optimized for their regions, meaning they play and sound at nearly the same speed. But optimization can lead to a slighty different feel to the game. Which is why out of curiousity i wanted to try for a better time with this rom instead. GOAL. though im still off by a second to Thunder Force 83's original hardware time.

If i were to take an NTSC 60 rom and drop it to 50 itd play the same but slower.
Since many 32 bit games went through optimization for their region, they play and sound nearly the same speed as 60 even at their native 50. Thats how i know it was optimized.
