Hi S. Baz, I don't know why the levels are named this way. Anyway, this is Poached Eggs 1-15, the same level Siliconian played (https://lvlupscore.com/score/89094). As further proof, this video is from the official Angry Birds channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSJtbnxBGhA Same level, as you can see.
