Play with default settings unless otherwise specified. No use of trainers, cheats, saved game files, auto-fire (when not default present in-game), emulator save states, or other emulator advantages. No use of code modifications that give the player an advantage over other players. 1 player only. No continues. It is discouraged and may lead to voters not accepting your score to - excessively point farm - use glitches or other game exploits |

EMULATOR ACCEPTED for Speedrun: FCEUX, MESEN, Jnes, Nestopia UE
EMULATOR ACCEPTED for Scores: No restriction. - Time based single level can use Glitch, Wall Clip, Warp (if indicated), Savestates, wall jump and double jump - Single level (Time based) on EMU can be played on Pellsson Hack ROM. If played on original NES, only 2 cartridge are accepted: a) SuperMario Bros (1985) b) SMB1 + DuckHunt (1988) - No restriction on controller if played EMU or OEM. EMU can be played on Keyboard as well - No script for game modification accepted (FCEUX script) except for Timer and FrameRule script (if it's not changing the way the game is intended to be played.) |
