I checked other gameplay videos that did not have any graphics glitches and they had the same gameplay behaviour as this one (e.g. poison/skull crossbones gives points and does not harm player). So the glitching here is purely graphical.

My first run on Doody for my Amiga Bucket list - this run has some graphical glitches, maybe due to my A1200 configuration, which gave no benefits but rather made it way more difficult 😂
