Yeah, that's a huge gap between the flippers! Probably the largest in any Zaccaria table.

Mexico 86 Retro is a frustrating table with its stumpy flippers and over reliance on nudges to keep the ball in play. The bumpers/slingshots will nearly always ping the ball back and forth until it goes down the side drains unless you intervene by nudging to change its direction. I think I used nudges to hit the ball more than the flippers!
