The only comment about your video evidence refers to Phosphor feature on 2600 Emulator, which is DISABLED.
To enable the Phosphor feature on Stella Emulator version 6.7:
- Go to Options, then click on Video & Audio
- On Video & Audio settings, click on "TV Effects" tab and activate the "Phosphor for all ROMS" (by default, Blend is adjusted to 50%)
- Click on OK, then click on Close. If a 2600 game is open on Stella, press Ctrl + R to update emulation settings.
