The only "problem" (if I can name it problem) with MAME is games using aiming gun and track-ball(Operation Wolf - Centipede), that's if you using joypad controller... MAME emulator is constantly open project and regulary updated, only thing you must get is MAME ROM SET (if you prefer to have almost every game) and it's pretty massive (40-50GB) and it's easy to find on the internet to download...
But when you decide to start to use it and if you have any problems running or set MAME on your PC let me know and I will do my best to help you!!! See you mate!!!

That's true. I plan on getting into that. The only benefit to the console compilations is that analog games are pre adjusted for the system's controller.
But it's true sometimes the games in these old compilations aren't completely accurate, which is why they can't be combined with MAME. I have a decent PC now but I don't use it as much I should!

I prefer to play arcade games via MAME emulator on my PC caus'e they look as much near faithfull as they could be on real arcade machine...
There is so many still undescovered arcade games and every single day I found some of them on my MAME platform MAMEUIFX64 among almost 10,000 arcade titles!!! 25-30 years ago it was unimaginable that we would have all those arcade hits in one place in our home computer, now it's a reality!!!

Coolio! My Arcade plays are under Taito Legends - Xbox for Easy, Medium, and Hard. I was only able to finish the easy setting so far. Even that was tough. It plays well with the analog thumbstick. I'll be back for more sometime!

Yes, Amiga and Atari ST versions are very faithful to the Arcade port!!!
There is still room for improvement of my score at this version for Atari ST, there is almost no space for any mistake in this game otherwise you are done (GAME OVER)!!!
I also tried Arcade(MAME) version today and it's damn hard but I have enjoy it and with few days of practice I hope I will make some decent score... Also I have contacted Frankie to open Amiga section for this game and will try out that version too!!!
