I was thinking 007 was a run & gun game, maybe there are several James Bond games on this system.

Both side scrolling drivers that shoot foward / diagnal

Both are Moon Patrol type of games that force you moving forward.
Edit: "& you can hop"

but I agree they're still different, different things going on.
and this game has a flying helicopter stage that changes it up.
