The game isn't really much fun (and very different compared to Atari 2600), though I just had to reach the 6 kilometers to see how much extra time I would get.

I got about 6.38km with the 99 seconds and then the rest with 50 seconds of extended play. Car behavior in curves is very unpredictable.
