Left and right difficulty switch settings must remain in the B/Novice position throughout gameplay. Must be played on a real 2600-compatible console or expansion module. Play with default settings unless otherwise specified. No code modifications that give the player an advantage over other players. No continues. No use of trainers, cheats, auto-fire (when not default present in-game) , game saves, or cheat codes. Can be overruled by the Specific Rules. Game 1: ∙ "Welcome to Korea" scene ∙ One player ∙ Point difference between the player and the CPU ∙ Player must reach 999 points Left difficulty switch setting must remain in the position indicated by the leaderboard category: A/Expert ∙ Player begins with 0 points ∙ CPU plays at maximum skill level the entire game. ∙ CPU will gain point value of shrapnel if it touches the patient while player is removing it (during O.R. mode) B/Novice: ∙ Player begins with 99 points ∙ CPU gets dumber the farther it gets ahead ∙ CPU gets no points for shrapnel contact with patient (during O.R. mode) Right difficulty switch setting must remain in the position indicated by the leaderboard category: A/Expert*: CPU starts with 0 points B/Novice: CPU starts with 99 points * easier setting Maxout: 999 2.26.22 |
