Raged pretty hard at the end (f-bomb warning). Nothing like getting 99 levels in, only to lose 14 lives to the last boss!
Played on MiSTer FPGA hardware, so I'm guessing it can fall under the "Emulation" category.
Good game though. Much easier than I anticipated (this was my first real attempted playthrough).
