Rules
General Rules: Left and right difficulty switch settings must remain in the A/Expert position throughout gameplay.
No use of trainers, cheats, saved game files, auto-fire (when not default present in-game), emulator save states, or other emulator advantages. No use of code modifications that give the player an advantage over other players. No continues.
It is discouraged and may lead to voters not accepting your score to:
- excessively point farm
- use glitches or other game exploits
Specific Rules:
Game 1:
∙ One player
∙ Regular action
∙ Score submitted must be CPU's score subtracted by player's score upon the end of the period.
∙ Player must play the entire period.

Left difficulty switch setting must remain in the position indicated by the leaderboard category.
A/Expert: 25% player speed reduction
B/Novice: No player speed reduction

Right difficulty switch setting must remain in the position indicated by the leaderboard category:
A/Expert: 25% CPU speed reduction*
B/Novice: No CPU speed reduction
* this is the easier setting.
