Have you tried with SYS 32592 (and hit the RETURN key). Or other SYS number. Usually it is stated in the file name.
Prg for the vic20 is a cartridge file but I guess you already know how to attach cartridges in winvice.

I know from you about Pantheon platform-emulator but I wasn't impressed with it last time I have installed it...
I will install it again anyway cause' there is some games for VIC-20 that I can't run&play at all via WinVice no matter what I do...

It's not VICE, its a separate emulator called Pantheon by Bostjan Grandovic. It is a multi machine emulator and the easiest way to emulator several systems. You can't add your own games though, but the library is quite large.

I got "Munch Man" as prg file and can't start anyway I set my emulator, any idea how to run it ?

Munch Man is a Pac-Man clone from Solar Software. It was released for the unexpanded VIC-20 in 1983. It was written by John Shay, who also wrote the Commodore 64 version.
It's Pac-Man. The maze layout is non-standard, but the colours are correct and there are escape tunnels and power pills which function as expected. There are two bonus prizes on each level - cherries and a purple crescent.
The game moves very quickly so you'll need to be nimble. Eating the pills makes the ghosts turn white and then you can hunt them down. They instantly reappear in their central box and set off again but stay white, so you can catch one multiple times before the effects wear off - very handy! They turn blue before they return to their deadly versions, so you have warning of when to get away.
Although it is fast and this makes it tricky, it is fun for an unexpanded VIC.
This run was made on the 27th May 2024, using the Pantheon emulator on PC. There are no skill levels and the score reached was 4,830 points.
