Tnx for the info. I've tried it but no result. I already 'blew' up two Speccys with this DIVMMC as inserting it is risky. You have the first 4 pins, then a space and the other pins. But my DIVMMC has no protective plastic between both sections. So the first time, I wasn't aware of it and inserted the device a bit too much to the right (or left) and probably caused a short circuit.
I've looked on the internet for other solutions than the DIVMMC but they aren't as versatile as the DIVMMC.
I've ordered a new one (with case) 😆/ You only live once... and I can't risk more Speccys.

Sorry to hear that 😔 Have you tried cleaning the DIVMMC and the card? Happens to me once in a while that it stops working from one go to another, and all it takes is some cleaning.

RIP my DIVMMC flash card. It gives all garble on screen. It's not my week. Two broken Speccys, battery dead of my robo 'lawn' mower and dead power brick yesterday of my Zwift hub.
Oh, and my coffee machine wanted a cleaning too this morning. 🤣

So currently using the 'normal' way of loading. Using a car play cassette connected to my PC headphones output jacket.
As this is a multiload game, I needed to convert it first to .WAV with K7ZX and then load it via windows media player into the Spectrum.
Single load games are more easy with K7ZX. It's a good tool, but there is no pauze/rewind button, which is required for multiloads...

The game immediately starts after the intro. Didn't expect that. It's just a try out and low score. When game over, you need to rewind the tape (guess I needed to write down the tape counters 😆) and then it loads back in the intro/title screen where you can put your initials.

What a hassle we had back then :)
